A Heart Slippers option such as “Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5” is one paired variant label. It does not mean the order includes two sizes, and it should not be turned into a homemade conversion chart.
Start with the recipient’s sizing system
Ask whether the recipient normally identifies their footwear size using the women’s or men’s number shown by the seller. Record their exact stated system and number. Do not infer foot length, width or fit from the label.
Find the complete paired option
Scan the current product options for the recipient’s exact number under the same stated system. When found, copy the whole label, including the paired number.
| Recipient states | Select only if listing shows | Order note preserves |
|---|---|---|
| Women’s 6 | Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5 | Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5 |
| Men’s 4.5 | Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5 | Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5 |
This worked example explains how to read the pair; it does not prove equivalence outside this exact listing.
Preserve the label through checkout
Write the recipient name beside the full variant label and take a screenshot of the selected option in the cart. Ask the gift giver to read it back: “recipient uses women’s sizing, chose Women’s 6 / Men’s 4.5.”
If the recipient is between sizes, uses another sizing system or cannot find their exact number, stop and use current seller guidance or ask the store. Do not choose the nearest value or calculate a conversion.
If the gift is a surprise, use a recent size stated by the recipient or ask someone who can confirm it. Do not estimate from another shoe, body appearance or a different brand’s paired label. Record the source of the stated size on the order note.
The Heart Slippers page is the current source for paired option labels. Recheck the selected variant immediately before ordering.
